Service and scope

Gas Station Dance is operated by John Yan, Hong Kong. Contact address: Hong Kong. Customer support and privacy enquiries: support@gasstationdance.io. The service transforms three authorized photos into a 15-second AI dance video with the original reference scene and soundtrack.

Eligibility and accounts

Use this service only if you are at least 18 and have capacity to agree to these terms under applicable law. Keep account information accurate and protect access to the Google account used to sign in. Do not share access to bypass eligibility, usage or payment restrictions. If acting for a business or another person, you must have the authority to do so.

You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through the support email. We may restrict an account while investigating misuse, payment irregularities or a security issue.

Photos, likenesses and other inputs

You retain whatever rights you already have in your inputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and use each photo, character, reference and audio track, including the depicted person's permission where required. Owning a photograph is not necessarily permission to animate or imply an endorsement by the person in it.

By submitting material for generation, you authorize processing, transmission to the disclosed service providers, storage and presentation of that material as needed to provide your requested task, return results and support that task. This operational permission is not a transfer of ownership or a blanket permission to advertise with your likeness. Selecting a photo uploads it before you press Generate, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not submit content that violates the acceptable-use and photo-consent rules. Those rules form part of the conditions for the service.

AI results and responsibility

AI output can contain distorted faces or bodies, inaccurate motion, unexpected people, artifacts and other errors. Similar inputs may produce different results. We do not promise exact likeness, choreography, camera movement, uniqueness, copyright protection or suitability for a particular use.

Review the entire output before publishing or relying on it. Do not present synthetic footage as proof of a real person's actions. Your ability to use a result depends on rights in the inputs and references, applicable provider terms and applicable law. No blanket commercial licence is promised. Obtain separate rights to music and other material you add.

Credits and checkout

The current workflow uses 2,100 credits per 15-second video. One-time packs are USD 6.90 for 1 video (2,100 credits), USD 9.90 for 2 videos (4,200 credits), and USD 19.90 for 5 videos (10,500 credits). Credits expire 365 days after purchase. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount appear at Stripe checkout. Review the quote before submitting each task.

A generation error, a credit adjustment and a purchase refund are different processes. See Refunds, cancellation and credits. The production website uses real payments. Separately marked sandbox environments use test payments only and do not grant production credits.

Availability and saved files

The service may change or be interrupted. Features shown as unavailable cannot be used yet. Do not use AI generation for critical work or assume that a queued task will complete by a particular deadline. Download available files you want to retain; this service is not a guaranteed long-term archive.

We may limit access or remove content to address security, abuse, rights complaints or legal requirements. Where appropriate, contact the support channel if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Suspension does not itself erase records or determine whether any legally required remedy applies.

Complaints and disputes

Contact support@gasstationdance.io with the relevant account, task or order reference so the issue can be investigated. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply; the Hong Kong contact location does not remove protections that apply to you.

Updates

Material changes to the service or these conditions should be disclosed before they apply to new tasks or purchases. Existing legal rights are not removed by a later website edit. Read the Privacy Policy for processing and contact information.
