Generation or download problem

Include your task ID, approximate submission time, the status shown in My videos and a short description of the problem. State whether a video is missing, will not play or shows an unexpected result. Do not repeatedly submit a task whose final state is unknown.

Payment or credit question

Include the order reference, amount and currency shown, and whether you used the sandbox test environment. Never send a full card number, security code, password, Google recovery code or API key. A checkout screenshot should hide sensitive information.

Privacy, access or deletion request

Email support@gasstationdance.io and identify the account email and the specific task or file involved. Say whether you are asking for access, correction, removal of a shared file or account deletion. We may need to verify control of the account or your authority to act for the person concerned. Do not send an identity document unless a necessary, proportionate verification method has first been agreed.

Deleting a task entry is not evidence that all stored media, provider copies and backups have been erased. We need to check the affected systems and explain any records that must be retained. Contact support for account-and-media erasure requests; deleting a history entry alone does not complete that process.

Likeness, copyright or safety complaint

Identify the disputed URL or task, describe the right or safety issue, and provide a way to contact you. If you act for another person or rights holder, explain your authority. Do not redistribute harmful material just to report it. We may restrict access while investigating.
