Start with permission

Use a photo only when you have the right to upload and transform it, and the depicted adult has agreed to the intended AI animation and sharing. Explain that the result is synthetic and can change their appearance or actions. A publicly accessible photo, a friendship or possession of an image file is not automatic consent.

For an original fictional character, check that you control the relevant artwork and character rights. Do not use someone else's protected design, celebrity likeness or brand to imply authorization. Keep any necessary permission records yourself; the checkbox in the interface is a statement by you, not an identity or legal-rights verification.

What you must not do

Do not use the service for unlawful content; sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors; non-consensual intimate imagery; harassment, threats or targeted humiliation; deceptive impersonation; fraud; misleading endorsements; or infringement of copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights. Do not upload identity documents, confidential records or photos of minors to this adult-oriented dance service.

Do not present a generated clip as authentic evidence of a person's conduct or whereabouts. Do not use it to trick people into sending money, sharing credentials or believing that a person supports a product or cause. Avoid content that puts a depicted person at risk.

References, music and sharing

Permission to use a portrait does not grant permission to copy a dance reference video, soundtrack, watermark or brand asset. Only provide reference material you are entitled to process for the intended purpose. A clip found on a public website is not automatically licensed for commercial reuse.

Watch the whole result before sharing it. Check for altered faces, unintended people, unsafe actions and misleading text. Label synthetic content where required by law or the platform, and where needed to avoid misleading viewers. Do not remove provenance or disclosure in order to deceive.

Respect the service

Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, moderation, credit deductions or payment checks. Do not access another user's account or files without authorization. Do not automate abuse, submit malicious files or attempt to extract secrets. A media URL being technically reachable does not grant you rights to redistribute its contents.

Reporting and review

If you are depicted without permission or believe content infringes your rights, use support@gasstationdance.io, as listed on Contact. Identify the URL or task and explain the concern and your connection to it. Avoid sending additional copies of sensitive material. The team may need proportionate information to verify and investigate a report.

We may restrict access to disputed content or an account during investigation and remove access when warranted. Removal from a page is not a promise of immediate erasure from all storage, providers or backups. Requests affecting personal data follow the Privacy Policy. If you believe a restriction was made in error, explain why through the same support channel.

The Terms of Service also apply. Nothing here reduces rights or duties that applicable law makes mandatory.
